Terms of Service

Smart Analytics provides analytics dashboards, integrations, and reporting tools for authorized workspaces. Features may change as we improve the product.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Role permissions (for example Owner, Manager, Analyst, Client) may limit what actions a user can take.

When you connect Shopify or advertising platforms, you authorize us to retrieve reporting data needed to operate the Service (dashboards and reports only—not CRM or email marketing to your customers via this data). You confirm you have the right to grant that access. Scopes for Shopify are configured as read_orders, read_products, read_customers, read_reports unless otherwise stated in Partner settings.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public parts of the product, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or platform policies.

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase or on the Pricing page. Trials end when stated; we do not charge without an agreed plan.

How we handle personal and platform data is described in our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Security pages. We do not sell personal information.

The Service is provided “as is.” Analytics depend on third-party platform data that may be delayed or incomplete. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
